LA BOZZA PRELIMINARE

La torre nasce dall’esigenza di creare una vera città verticale dotata di ogni genere di funzioni.
Costituita da un nucleo centrale di servizio destinato ai collegamenti, la torre si sviluppa su 100 livelli ed è dotata di 5 blocchi distinti in acciaio e vetro, comunicanti tra loro, ognuno dei quali consta di 14 livelli + 1 livello a basamento per gli impianti. Un sesto blocco, situato per 4 livelli sotto quota 0 e per 2 livelli sopra quota 0, funge da hall di ingresso e da zona di smistamento dai 6 livelli del parcheggio, quest'ultimo configurato come un anfiteatro aperto.
L’involucro esterno in acciaio funge da struttura portante, unitamente al nucleo centrale, e ha la conformazione di un reticolo spiroidale incrociato.

THE PRELIMINARY SKETCH

The tower stems from the need to create a true vertical city with all kinds of functions.
The tower consists of a core service for the links and comprises 100 levels and is equipped with five separate blocks of steel and glass, communicating, each of which consists of 14 levels + a level base for the plants.
A sixth block, located on 4 levels below level 0 and 2 levels above level 0, serves as the entrance hall and sorting area by 6 levels of parking, which is configured as an open amphitheater.
The steel outer shell acts as a supporting structure, together with the core, has the shape of a spiral pattern cross.
